Some people despite of eating plenty of French Fries, Burgers and Pizza don’t gain weight while others if they don’t payattention to their diet then their body tells the whole story. To reduce their obesity some people continue to sweat in the gym daily while for some even junk food doesn’t affect their health.
The research done by Tel Aviv University reveals that the shape of your body depends on the mixed gene you got from yourmother and father. Other scientists too claim genes to be responsible for a good body figure. They say that as the color of pupil & eyes and the same kind of smile we get from our parents similarly slim figure is the ancestral properties. Even though women can reduce their fat from plenty of exercise but as the age may increase it get difficult to controlobesity.
So before blaming your doctor or pills for not reducing your weight, study your family history and consult your doctor or your dietician. As discussed, after certain age it is very difficult to control weight but one can fight obesity by following a controlled diet and living standard. Have plenty of fruits and vegetables regularly and avoid oily and spicy food is the key to a good health and a perfect body.
