Looking fit is everyone's dream. Following are some of the remedies are can apply to loose weight to some extent & look younger and fit.
1. After having dinner go for a 10-15 mins walk with your friends or family.
2. Don’t always watch television sitting on your couch. TV is a biggest enemy of obese people. It doesn’t eat your calories but eat your valuable time (and mind ofcourse).
3. Don’t just watch the kids playing in the garden, go and play with them.
4. If you are going for shopping and shopping mall is not too far then take a walk. Only if it’s not heavily raining or too hot outside.
5. Wash your car or bike every weekend. Do some gardening. Take a broom and clean your house. But don’t ever just watch TV your whole weekend.
6. Go and play tennis with your friends or just go for swimming, you will surely feel good.
7. After having bath, go and find your clothes by yourself. If possible wash your undergarments by hands.
8. Use staircase instead of lift. If your home or office is on more than 6th floor then use staircase only till 5th floor, after that you can use life.
9. If you have pet take him for a walk daily two times morning & evening.
10. If you have a sitting job then take a walk to your water filter after every 30mins, don’t carry water bottles with you instead every time fill a glass and drink there itself.
You must not be aware, but these small looking things can help in reduce your fat to a larger extent.
