1. For heart related diseases pure honey is very helpful. Lemon with honey if taken daily with water before sleeping, it provides energy to the veins help in pumping the heart.
2. Small ailments of stomach and initial stages of ulcer can be cured by taking honey with milk or tea.
3. In dry cough, it helps if honey and lemon juice taken in equal quantity.
4. Muscles get strong if honey is taken daily.
